POSH Training

Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace is not just a legal obligation under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013, but it is a moral imperative and a business priority. Organisations that take POSH seriously protect their employees, reduce legal exposure, and build a culture of trust and dignity that directly supports employee engagement and retention. Our POSH Training service is designed to help you do exactly that.

We offer two distinct levels of POSH training. Employee Sensitisation Workshops are conducted for all staff, helping them understand what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace, the importance of a safe reporting environment, and their rights and responsibilities under the Act. These sessions are delivered in an open, non-threatening format using real scenarios, case discussions, and structured dialogue to create awareness without discomfort.

Internal Committee (IC) Training is a specialised programme for IC members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to conduct fair, impartial, and legally compliant complaint inquiries. Topics covered include the composition and roles of the IC, the inquiry process and timelines, documentation requirements, confidentiality obligations, and handling of false complaints.

Beyond training, we also assist organisations with IC constitution and reconstitution, POSH policy drafting and review, and preparation of annual compliance reports. Our approach ensures that your POSH compliance is not just a paperwork exercise, instead it is a genuine, living commitment to the safety and dignity of your workforce.
