Interest Profiling

One of the most common yet preventable challenges in education is students choosing academic paths and careers that do not align with their natural strengths, interests, or personalities. This mismatch leads to disengagement, underperformance, and high dropout rates and these outcomes that are costly for both students and institutions. Our Interest Profiling service exists to change that.

We use a combination of validated psychometric assessments, aptitude tests, and structured career counselling sessions to help students build a clear picture of who they are including their personality type, cognitive strengths, emotional intelligence, and areas of genuine interest. These insights go far beyond a simple career suggestion; they empower students to make evidence-based decisions about their academic and professional futures.

Our profiling interventions are designed to be conducted at key academic transition points such as before stream selection after Class 10, before choosing an undergraduate programme, or before entering the final year of a degree. By intervening at the right moment, we help students avoid costly mistakes and pursue paths where they are most likely to thrive.

Institutions benefit too. When students are better aligned with their chosen programmes, attendance improves, results improve, and satisfaction scores rise. Our Interest Profiling service also equips your counselling teams with actionable data, enabling them to provide more personalised guidance at scale.
